03 — Visual Storytelling & Brand Design

Visual Storytelling

Two brand identities built from first principles — a farm-to-table coffee & spice label rooted in a real plantation, and a waste-to-value packaging concept born from watching the same problem from two angles.

Pepper & Kaapi Co.

Branding & Marketing

Context

Pepper & Kaapi Co. is a farm-to-table brand developed for a client rooted in a coffee and pepper plantation in Sakleshpur, Karnataka.

What I Did

I defined the brand's narrative, tone, and visual language, translating the rhythms of slow-grown agriculture into a distinct identity, and crafting content that highlights the relationship between land, farmers, and produce.

Outcome

A brand that foregrounds provenance and trust through thoughtful, narrative-led design, grounded in a real-world context.

Ekorro — Rethinking Waste

Built and Paused

Born from two perspectives on the same problem, one from a farm, one from the city. Agricultural waste like rice husk, paddy straw, and sugarcane bagasse was being burned as worthless. In the city, that same burning became winter pollution. The connection was obvious. The solution became Ekorro.

What We Made

Compostable plates, spoons, bowls, pizza boxes, and packaging — made from sugarcane bagasse, rice husk, coffee husk, and paddy straw. Plastic-free, animal-friendly, and circular by design.

The Idea

Not just replacing plastic — rethinking what waste even means. Inspired by the circular economy, Ekorro gave agricultural by-products a second life rather than a slow burn.

Where It Is Now

The project is currently paused due to technical challenges — but the thinking behind it is very much alive. A reminder that sometimes the most valuable part of a venture is what it teaches you about the problem, not just the solution.
